This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Ankit And Co (a proprietorship firm operated by Bijaya Kumar Sahoo) fulfils and delivers confirmed orders for goods. All deliveries are subject to availability, order confirmation, and the terms set out below.

02Delivery Coverage Area
- We deliver primarily within Rourkela and the Sundargarh district of Odisha, which is our core operating region.
- As LPG distribution is licensed to a defined territory, LPG deliveries are limited to our authorised distribution area. Any out-of-area arrangement applies only to non-regulated goods, on a case-by-case basis, subject to feasibility and additional charges confirmed at the time of order.
- Where a delivery address falls outside the area we can service, we will inform you before the order is confirmed and will not collect payment for it, or will fully refund any payment already made, within the timelines in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
03Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- Confirmed orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1 business day of order confirmation and payment, subject to stock availability.
- You receive a confirmation by phone, WhatsApp, or email once your order is scheduled for delivery.
04Delivery Timelines
- Within Rourkela and nearby areas, delivery is usually completed within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch.
- For other parts of Sundargarh district, delivery is usually completed within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock, weather, transport, or other factors beyond our control. We keep you informed of any expected delay.
05Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are based on the order value, weight, and delivery location, and are confirmed at the time of order and shown on your invoice.
- For standard orders within our core operating area, delivery may be included or charged at a nominal rate as advised at the time of order.
- There are no hidden charges. All charges, including any out-of-area or re-delivery charges, are disclosed to you and agreed before they apply, and the total amount payable is communicated to you before the order is confirmed.
06Delivery & Failed Attempts
- Please ensure that the delivery address and a reachable contact number are correct and that someone is available to receive the goods.
- If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, any re-delivery charge is quoted to you in advance and applied only with your agreement before we re-attempt delivery.
- Goods are to be inspected at the time of delivery; any visible damage or shortage should be reported immediately, as covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
